‘I was so nervous leaving my cat, Monty, here as I had never experienced a place that had all the kitties in one space but it ended up being the best decision I could have made. It is so obvious to me that Paul and Ellis love cats. When we were being shown around, they could name every cat, when they arrived, what each cat liked to do, and gave each cat snuggles as we walked through. They then happily addressed all of our worries, and sent us updates about how my cat was doing. The biggest thing for me though was coming back and seeing how relaxed my cat was around them (for context, Monty normally takes a long time to warm up to people). They also gave us tips on things we were finding hard with him.
The whole experience just demonstrated to me how much they care about their animals and how committed they are to what they do. It is a fair bit out from where I live, but I now happily make the journey each time knowing that there is such a high standard of care. Thank you both.’
