Our fees are based on a daily charge, and any part of any calendar day that your cat is in residence incurs the daily fee.
Opening hours for pickup and delivery: 8.30 – 10.30 am and 4.00 – 6.00 pm, closed on Sunday mornings.
Vaccinations must be current (given within the last 12 months and at least 14 days before check in) and vet-approved flea (within last month) and worm treatment (within last 3 months) must also be up to date.
Accounts payable preferably by internet banking before check out (we're with ASB, our bank account number is 12.3046.0443185.00, Cat Hotel Stoney Creek Ltd) or upon collection in cash, as we do not have eftpos facilities.
50% Non-refundable deposit required for Christmas and Easter holidays, no surcharges but the number of days booked will be the minimum days charged. Please book well in advance as spaces are filling up fast.
